Likewise, Orionprocapital is referred to in this document as “Orionprocapital”, “Broker”, “Brokerage Service Provider”, “Trading Platform”, “Trading Intermediary”, “we”, and “us”.
Conditions for the Provision of Brokerage Services
By using our services, including our facilities such as tools, resources, and features, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The provisions in these General Terms and Conditions are clear and unambiguous. Each of these terms is legally binding and enforceable between the Customer and Orionprocapital, as an agreement duly concluded between the parties. You may use our services and facilities only if you have unconditionally agreed to these terms.
If you do not agree to the following Terms and Conditions, you have the right to stop using our services/facilities and disconnect from us. However, if you wish to become a member, you should read these terms in full and proceed with the registration process. We reserve the right to modify, supplement, or delete provisions in the General Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, without prior notice to you.
Restricted Use of Our Platform
We operate and offer our services in various regions, and our services are provided in strict compliance with the relevant laws of each country. In certain jurisdictions, laws restrict users' access to brokerage services in general or in specific cases. We are legally prevented from offering services in these jurisdictions and therefore cannot serve prospective clients from these regions. Neither you nor anyone else can require us to provide services in these regions if the restriction came into effect after you registered with us.
If anyone from a restricted access area uses our services, including through virtual private networks, that individual is solely responsible for their actions.
Access to Information
Orionprocapital is a legitimate company providing brokerage services worldwide and facilitating CFD trading for global traders. For the purposes of our business, we have established a website containing professionally written, designed, and organized content in written, visual, and audio formats. All or part of the content should always be understood as information only. We may be prohibited by law from providing such information in certain areas, in which case we reserve the right to remove information relating to such areas in order to comply with the law.
Professional Advice
As stated above, the content of our website, in whole or in part, is for informational purposes only. You have complete discretion regarding the use of third-party resources. We cannot compel you to use them, as our offering is limited to the services we provide.
Disclaimer of Guarantees
By law and normal business practices, we cannot guarantee profits. Likewise, in the event of any loss, we do not guarantee compensation.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited and pertains solely to the services we provide through our trading platform. Our services should not be treated as advice, as we are only information and service providers.
Immunity from Liabilities
Both Orionprocapital and the customer are responsible for their own actions. No party is exempt from legal repercussions or disputes.
Provision for Security
We offer a password recovery option if you lose your login ID or password. However, if you have shared your password, we cannot guarantee your account’s security. You should take immediate action to protect your account, and we can assist by setting up a new password.
Risk Understanding
No business in the world is risk-free, and CFD trading is no exception. However, risks can be minimized, and we are available to assist you in understanding and managing these risks.
Termination of Use
These Terms and Conditions require you to refrain from allowing anyone to use our facilities and services without our permission. We can only provide services to registered members, not to third parties, agents, friends, or family members.
